Heidi Webb

Heidi has more than 20 years of professional experience. As a consummate capacity builder, her expertise helps charitable organizations improve their bottom. She began her career securing 8(a) minority status for government contract-seeking technology firms, and helped land these companies multi-million dollar contracts with the Department of Education and the Department of Defense. Sixteen years ago, Heidi transitioned her capacity building skills to the nonprofit arena. Her expertise is in CEO/Executive Director Coaching, board development, strategic visioning, major gift solicitation, as well as grant writing, and government funding.
